We have a regular window cleaning job in Manly – once a month, all windows of a two story house.  Our client has made it very clear since almost coming a cropper standing atop a too short ladder trying to get to the top windows that its our job for life.  Seems fair enough to me, we can get the job done quickly, safely, at a price that won’t break the bank.

Whilst a big part of our business is Window cleaning, we of course do all sorts of cleaning, including carpet, end of lease, office… whether its a one off job, or a regular clean Phils Cleaning are ready to go.

One of the niegbours popped over to say hi, and asked if we had anyone spare to help with an end of lease clean – she’d seriously underbudgeted how long it would take to pack, unpack, and clean and she was just not going to make it in time.  Her house was a tiny 2 bedroom cottage, with wooden floors not carpet so it was a pretty quick, stock standard clean, though there we lots of fiddly corners to get into… such is the way with older style houses.  The landlord was so impressed with the job, we got a call a week later asking if we were available for pre lease cleanups where exiting tennants had not done the job properly.

So it looks like we have a new gig our in Manly, doing end / beginning of lease cleans for a real estate agent.

Moving is stressful, and cleaning up when there is so much to be done… is not fun.
